IBPS SO Selection Process 2026
The IBPS SO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process includes three stages: Online Preliminary Examination, Online Main Examination and a Common Interview. Candidates must clear all three stages to be finally selected for a Specialist Officer post.
- Stage 1: Online Preliminary Examination – Candidates are tested on English Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge (or General Awareness in place of Quantitative Aptitude for Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari posts).
