Job Description
The Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting applications based on client specifications. The role involves working with CAD/CAE tools, creating and testing prototypes, running simulations in virtual environments, and performing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). The candidate will also maintain documentation, support customers, and ensure continuous improvement of software solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions according to client and project requirements
- Work with CAD/CAE software to build engineering models
- Perform simulations and validate designs under boundary conditions (stress/impact analysis)
- Conduct FMEA for new and existing requirements
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
- Deploy applications and evaluate user feedback for improvements
- Maintain design repositories, documentation, and status reports
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Automotive, or CS with engineering domain knowledge preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Linux (mandatory)
- Knowledge of CAD/CAE tools, simulations, and FMEA
- Understanding of software verification and QA processes
