Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Data Science
- Or equivalent engineering disciplines
- Professional degree or specialization in Data Science / Engineering is desirable
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Intern – Data Engineering, you will:
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using multiple data sources, AI/ML methods, and Big Data technologies
- Design and deploy large-scale structured & unstructured databases on cloud platforms
- Migrate and optimize data across databases to improve performance and scalability
- Support Big Data architectures alongside Data Architects
- Convert complex data into meaningful business insights
- Continuously explore new technologies and apply them to real-world healthcare problems
Desired Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of RDBMS & Object-Oriented Databases
- Hands-on experience with SQL / T-SQL
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
- Experience with Data Warehousing (Teradata, Snowflake)
- Understanding of Data Modelling, STAR & Snowflake Schema
- Basic knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, SAS, etc.)
- Familiarity with BI / Reporting Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
- Exposure to Azure Cloud Services (Blob, Databricks, Data Factory)
- Programming knowledge in Python / R (preferred)
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase) is a plus
- Interest in Big Data & Cloud Projects (Azure / AWS)
