Job Profile: Technical Analyst 1 – Support
Qualification Required: B.E / B.Tech
Experience: 0 to 2+ Years

Shift: Night shifts / Rotational (as per business needs)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for internal tools and applications.
- Monitor system/application alarms proactively using ITIL best practices.
- Investigate, analyze, resolve, or escalate incidents and service requests.
- Manage work queues in alignment with SLAs.
- Diagnose tool/application performance issues.
- Troubleshoot by analyzing logs, querying SQL tables, and updating database fields.
- Collaborate with internal teams and second-level support for complex issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Good command of English; capable of handling global communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in shifts (night shifts included).
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Linux and SQL.
- 0–2 years of experience in Application Support or related roles.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
