Designation: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior voice process experience is a plus
Shifts: Flexible to work in a 24/7 UK Shift environment
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Skills Required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and general computer applications
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior experience in UK Inbound Calling/BFSI domain (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
- Deliver high-quality customer service per company guidelines
- Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Log escalations and complaints accurately
- Follow escalation protocols when necessary
- Participate in feedback sessions and team-building activities
- Maintain data security and confidentiality
