- Qualification: Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a UGC-approved university.
- Experience: At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in institutes of national repute such as IITs, IIMs, IISERs, NITs, or top 50 management institutes as per the latest NIRF rankings.
- Pay Scale: Level-10 with an entry pay of Rs. 56,100.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Job Profile: The role involves overall supervision and monitoring of the concerned section/unit, implementing policy matters, and coordinating with various departments such as Accreditation, Placement, International Relations, Alumni Relations, and Admissions.
Senior Store and Purchase Officer (Regular)
- Number of Posts: 1 (UR)
- Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from a UGC-approved institution, along with a first-class degree/diploma in supply & logistics or materials management. Alternatively, a postgraduate degree/MBA in supply & logistics or materials management with first-class marks.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in handling purchase and store functions in institutes of national repute.
- Pay Scale: Level-10 with an entry pay of Rs. 56,100.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Job Profile: The officer will manage the purchase and store functions of the institute, coordinate tenders, e-procurement processes, contracts, and inventory control, and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
Assistant Administrative Officer (Regular/On Contract)
- Number of Posts: 5 (4 UR, 1 SC)
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a UGC-approved university.
- Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in institutes of national repute.
- Pay Scale: Level-8 with an entry pay of Rs. 47,600.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
- Job Profile: The role involves supervising and monitoring the concerned section/unit, implementing policy matters, and supporting various departments like Placement, International Relations, Alumni Relations, and Admissions.
Junior Administrative Officer (Regular/On Contract)
- Number of Posts: 4 (3 UR, 1 SC)
- Qualification: Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks from a UGC-approved university. Preference will be given to candidates with a postgraduate degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in institutes of national repute.
- Pay Scale: Level-6 with an entry pay of Rs. 35,400.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
- Job Profile: The role involves assisting in the supervision and monitoring of the concerned section/unit, implementing policy matters, and supporting various departments.
Administrative Assistant (Regular/On Contract)
- Number of Posts: 4 (UR)
- Qualification: Graduation from a UGC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in institutes of national repute.
- Pay Scale: Level-4 with an entry pay of Rs. 25,500.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Job Profile: The role involves assisting in the supervision and monitoring of the concerned section/unit, implementing policy matters, and supporting various departments.

Application Fee: Candidates (except SC/ST/PwD/Women) are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 through online payment mode.
