NALCO Non-Executive Selection Process
The selection process involves a Computer-Based Test (CBT) comprising 100 multiple-choice questions. The test will evaluate candidates on:

For posts 1 to 10, selection is based solely on CBT. For posts 11 to 14, the final selection includes a combination of CBT (60%) and a trade test (40%). Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification and a medical examination.
