Known for her bold takes and straightforward comments, producer Ekta Kapoor is television industry’s most notable personality. She has solely given the TV industry a plethora of good work in the form of daily soaps that have not just served the audience with the quality work but also introduced a humongous range of actors to the industry. However, annoyed by a recent remark of TV star Ram Kapoor, Ekta came forward to slam the actor, by publicly calling him out as an unprofessional star who is passing false remarks.

Ekta Kapoor BASHES Ram Kapoor
Ekta Kapoor on the other day took to her instagram to share a cryptic note. Her story read, “Unprofessional actors giving interviews about my shows shud shut up! False information N skewed stories. Can only last till. I talk’…… but there is dignity in silence” Though Ekta Kapoor did not take any name but this remark by her came just a day after Ram Kapoor’s latest interview went viral. Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Kasam Se fame actor Ram Kapoor has recently come out after his incredible weight-loss journey, to which he calls a “work-in-progress” thing. In the latest interview with Siddharth Kannan, the actor made comments about the bold-intimate scenes in the serial Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. Ram opened up about his on-screen kiss with Sakshi Tanwar for the daily soap drama and recalled how it received immense backlash from the viewers.
TV serials never address intimate scenes however Ram Kapoor told that Ekta Kapoor was the first one to show this on a daily soap. He said, that Ekta was the one who wrote the scene, and wanted them to perform it. He then mentions that he asked her if she was sure or not because this has never happened before in the television industry, highlighting that three generations are together watching the show. Despite that, she gave a green flag to execute as the script demanded. However, post performing the scene the serial got a lot of negative response from the audience. Even co-star Sakshi Tanwar’s father too called him after the scene.
Just hours after the interview made headlines, Ekta Kapoor took an indirect jibe at him, saying that there’s no truth behind the story, and unprofessioal actors like him should shut up. She also warned that they can only talk until she comes ahead to speak out the clarity but she is choosing dignity of silence.
