Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who are willing to apply for the NAeL Non-Executive Vacancy 2026 must make sure they fulfil the required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit before applying.
Educational Qualification
For Operator SS posts: 2-Year Regular/Full-time ITI (NTC) after 10th Standard in the respective trade (Electronics Mechanic / Fitter / Electrician).
For Junior Assistant posts: Full-time graduation in the relevant stream from a recognized university (B.Com/B.Sc/BCA for IMM; BA/B.Sc/BBA/BSW for HR; B.Com/BBA for Finance; BCA/B.Sc Computer/IT for IT), along with a Proficiency Certificate in Computer/Typing/Stenography (minimum 6 months), as applicable. One year of relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Written Test – Candidates meeting the cut-off will be shortlisted (provisionally) for a Written Test of 2½ hours, comprising Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) across three parts:

Document Verification – Candidates who qualify the Written Test will be called for document verification, in order of merit, limited to the number of notified posts (category/discipline-wise).
Medical Examination – Candidates who clear document verification will be issued a Provisional Offer and required to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination, with no relaxation in health standards.
Note: Selection will be based purely on Written Test marks, in order of merit. TA will be reimbursed to candidates who qualify for document verification, as per company rules.
