Remuneration & Salary Structure
The salary structure for the ILBS Screener (Fresher) is divided into two stages:
- During initial training (before Basic AVSEC Certification): ₹15,000/- per month (consolidated).
- After acquiring Basic AVSEC Certification (14-day course): ₹25,000/- per month (consolidated) until all requisite certificates are obtained.
- After becoming a regular ILBS Certified Screener: Remuneration as per CHIAL norms/approved rates.
Training & Bond Conditions
Selected candidates must undergo mandatory training and certification:
Attempts: Two attempts permitted for training/examination.
- First attempt cost: Borne by CHIAL.
- Second attempt cost: Borne by the candidate.
Service Bond: ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) – refundable after successful completion of the fixed-term contract.
Termination: Failure to clear examinations even after two attempts may lead to termination of services.
Contract Period & Notice Period
- Contract Duration: 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance.
- Termination by candidate: 90 days’ notice or payment of 3 months’ salary in lieu thereof.
- Termination by management: At any time for unsatisfactory performance.
