Overview:
Swiggy is hiring Data Scientist I professionals who can work across Data Science, Machine Learning, and Applied AI to support product and business initiatives. The role involves end-to-end model development — from defining the problem, experimenting with ML/DL techniques, and deploying models to production.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build solutions from first principles
- Hands-on experience in ML/DL and statistical methods
- Preferred experience with large-scale data and production ML
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in ecommerce, logistics, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP is a plus
- Proven experience in developing and deploying ML/DL products
