Job Description
As an Analyst Trainee at Cognizant, you will provide first-line technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving IT-related queries, and ensuring smooth operations of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and assistance to end-users.
- Log and track support tickets with accurate documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams for complex issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
Role Expectations:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset with cultural adaptability.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and from office locations.
- Join as a fresher (prior experience will not be considered).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2022, 2023, or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree (BCA, B.Sc in relevant streams).
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG.
- Open to Indian nationals only.
- Not Eligible: BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, PG candidates.
