What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Address customer queries and issues with empathy.
- Share accurate product/service information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Adapt to a rotational shift environment including weekends/holidays.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Additional languages are a plus!
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- A customer-first attitude with flexibility in shifts.
