Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of banking/finance concepts
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Team player with strong individual accountability

Job Description

Handle customer queries via voice and written channels
Provide timely and accurate support related to Experian products and client accounts
Manage multiple interactions simultaneously using workflow tools
Maintain detailed and accurate records using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end resolution
Focus on client satisfaction and quality service delivery
