Key Responsibilities
- Handle tickets via voice and non-voice channels within defined SLAs.
- Provide priority IT support for executive leadership and board members.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, etc.
- Resolve issues related to OS, MDM, Office Suite, and internet browsers.
- Offer second-level support and business application troubleshooting.
- Manage user provisioning for ERP and business tools.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, transitions, rollouts, and consolidations.
- Follow and contribute to knowledge management best practices.
- Provide hands-and-feet support for scheduled on-site IT tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Good knowledge of operating systems, MDM, and Office-related issues.
- Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn.

- Effective communication in English.
