Key Skills Required:
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries (simple and complex)
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Proficiency in test planning, execution, and reporting
- Automation knowledge (vb macros, GUI automation)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Author and execute test plans aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with development teams for test case identification
- Automate the testing lifecycle and develop automation frameworks
- Ensure defect-free deliveries within project SLAs
- Detect and document bugs while tracking test progress
- Participate in UAT and provide valuable feedback to stakeholders
