- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month
- Qualification: Any Graduate

Skills Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication with a neutral Indian accent
- Ability to handle calls professionally in English and Hindi
- Attention to detail for updating patient information correctly
- Proficient in customer service and active listening
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers
Job Responsibilities
- Handling customer calls with professionalism
- Communicating effectively in English and Hindi
- Updating and verifying customer details in the relevant system
- Cab facility: Drop facility available for shifts ending between 10 PM – 12 AM within a 15 KM radius
- Shift Details:
- Male employees – Late-night log out
- Female employees – Log out by 8-10 PM or earlier
