After entering into the Top 10 and coming so near to the finale, contestant Shrutika Arjun had to face the eviction. Shrutika was an impactful player in the house and was closely attached to Chum Darang. Her eviction has come out as a disappointment for many including Chum Darang.
Just a day prior, Bigg Boss held a task where he asked the contestants to perform it with full loyalty, while having to play in groups of three. The two groups that win would be directly saved from the nominations for the coming week. Rajat, Shrutika and Chahat being in the single group happened to play the game. However, due to Rajat’s attempt to cheat – the entire team was immediately disqualified and the three went into nominations. After this, another elimination task was announced among the three of them
Shrutika Arjun, Chahat Pandey, and Rajat Dalal were asked to highlight their strengths and explain why they deserved to stay in the competition. In the second round, they were asked to point out the weaknesses of their competitors. Following the task, Bigg Boss allowed the housemates to decide whether the eviction should be based on a live audience’s judgment or the votes received for the show. The final decision was chosen to be made on the votes received, which saw Shrutika with the least number of votes
Shrutika Arjun’s bond with Chum Darang was loved by the audience widely. The way they fought,laughed along and had fun was always a centerpiece of attraction for viewers. Post Shrutika Arjun’s exit from the show, only 8 contestants are left in the show. Reports suggest that another elimination will happen soon in the same week to finally take the top 5 contestants in the finale week.
