Shradhha Kapoor starrer sequel is completely ready to touch the peak with its highest box office collection. The horror-comedy drama surfaces a blend of so many powerful characters that the film garnered significant love right from its first day of release and is now ready to cross the 200 crores mark in mere 4 days. After a grand paid preview collection, Stree 2 premiered first for the night shows a day before its official release date on Aug 14, 2024. The film opened up with Rs. 8.5 crores only from the night shows that too which started after 9.30 pm.
As per the industry reporter, Sacnilk, the official release date saw the movie earning a net of 51.8 crores INR. An estimated average of 60 crores was calculated of the movie’s first day. It outshined the rest two movies Khel Khel Mein, and Vedaa with a huge ratio and went on-solo in the theatres. The movie saw a slight drop on Friday but continue to have an excellent hold over the weekend.
