Role Overview – Developer (Manual QA Engineer)
As a Developer (Manual QA Engineer), you will be part of Cognizant’s delivery team, focusing on testing automation agents and end-to-end workflows across different customer environments. You will ensure quality across AI and non-AI systems, support customer validation processes, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed manual testing of applications, automation agents, and workflows to ensure functionality and performance.
- Design and document structured test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Conduct customer testing sessions and provide support during validation processes.
- Provide Level 1 support by identifying issues and escalating complex problems when required.
- Track and document defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Execute regression testing to ensure new updates do not impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or BSc in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields
- Batch: 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout academics

- Technical Skills:
