Job Description
As an Associate Software Engineer at Gartner, you will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and supporting .NET-based web applications. The role supports Gartner’s Consulting & Insights Technology initiatives and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support modules using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and design discussions
- Prepare and review technical documentation
- Deliver project tasks within defined timelines and quality standards
Skills & Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in web application development
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC or .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and HTML
- Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL or Oracle
- Familiarity with ReactJS, Bootstrap, or Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage
