After two days of nationwide concern and emotional chaos over rumours surrounding Dharmendra Ji’s health, there’s finally relief for fans. The legendary actor Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and is back home as confirmed by Sunny Deol’s team.
The veteran superstar, who was admitted after complaining of breathlessness, was earlier reported to be undergoing regular medical checkups appropriate for his age. Clearing all confusion, the official update from Sunny Deol’s team has brought comfort to millions of fans who were anxiously waiting for good news.
The official statement, as per per the reports in Hindustan Times read, “Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home. We kindly request the media and the public to refrain from any further speculation and to respect his and the family’s privacy during this time.”
Along with confirming the positive health update of Dharmendra Sunny Deol’s team also expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who prayed and sent good wishes for the actor’s recovery. “We appreciate everyone’s love, prayers, and good wishes for his continued recovery, good health, and long life. Please respect him because he loves you,” the statement added.
Over the last few days, several rumours had spread across social media, leaving fans heartbroken. However, his wife Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol dismissed all false reports. Esha, visibly upset said, “What is happening is unforgivable! My father is stable and recovering.”
Several family members and Bollywood stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Govinda and Ameesha Patel, were seen visiting the family to check on the veteran actor.
