What You Will Do
As an Analyst, you will be part of the learning support team. Your work will include:
- Helping internal clients with their learning needs and issues.
- Managing online learning catalog – adding, updating, or removing courses.
- Deploying e-learning content and checking if it runs properly.
- Replying to queries from global Deloitte Learning Mailbox.
- Working with technical support team for fixing content problems.
- Supporting process improvement projects for better quality delivery.
- Collaborating with team members in India and US.
