Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Voice / Blended Process)
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls (voice/blended process) in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain service standards and documentation where required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support across rotational shifts, including weekends.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: No graduation required
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) welcome
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
- Other Requirements:
- Must be an immediate joiner
- Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts
- Customer-first attitude and professional behavior
