Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Voice / Blended Process)

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer calls (voice/blended process) in a professional manner.
  • Address and resolve queries effectively.
  • Maintain service standards and documentation where required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support across rotational shifts, including weekends.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: No graduation required
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) welcome
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must be an immediate joiner
    • Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts
    • Customer-first attitude and professional behavior
