Role Overview
As an Information Systems Engineer 4, you will work within Adobe’s Finance Operations team in Bangalore, contributing to the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications that enhance financial processes. This role involves working across the full technology stack, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Development: Build and maintain user interfaces using React.js or Angular, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Back-End Development: Develop robust APIs and microservices using Node.js, with a focus on secure data handling and business logic.
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (SQL) while ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions; work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of React.js or Angular (version 8+ preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development
- Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Additional Skills
- Experience with procurement-related projects
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with SnapLogic
- Relevant certifications in React, Angular, Node.js, or database management
