Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta is reportedly in hiding after filing serious allegations against the rapper including sexual assault, stalking and sex trafficking. Talking to BBC, her lawyer Arick Fudali, told that Lauren is “afraid” and has removed much of her online presence while waiting for the case to unfold. “She’s gone through a lot. She is suffering and has been suffering since she began working for Mr West,” he said.
Lauren started working with Kanye West, also known as Ye, in 2021 during the production of his Donda album and later served as his personal assistant. In June 2024, she filed her first lawsuit accusing West of sexual harassment, wrongful termination and breach of contract.
In an updated complaint filed on July 10, 2025, Kanye West’s former assistant added new claims, accusing West of oral rape, coercion and offering her to others in exchange for favours and her legal team says these actions fall under sex trafficking laws She also claims West stalked her after her firing, moved into her apartment complex, and grabbed her by the throat.
Lauren alleges that West was behind targeted “swatting” incidents. She claims that in one case, police raided her Florida home after a false report that she had killed her mother. Around that time, she also received phone calls warning her not to pursue legal action.
West has denied all claims, calling them “fantasy fiction”. His representatives accuse Pisciotta of extortion and deny any wrongdoing. The civil case is scheduled to return to court next month. Pisciotta is seeking a jury trial and financial damages.
