Hulk Hogan, the legendary WWE Hall of Famer, passed away on July 24 at the age of 71. According to reports, paramedics responded to a cardiac arrest call at his Florida home. Now, a day after the heartbreaking loss, Hulk Hogan’s wife Sky Daily shared a deeply emotional tribute on Instagram.
Sky Daily a yoga instructor who married Hulk Hogan in 2023, opened up about her pain and grief in a touching long note. “I wasn’t ready for this… and my heart is in pieces,” she wrote.
She shared that Hogan had been dealing with health issues but she believed they would overcome them together. “I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time,” she continued. Sky described the loss as “sudden and impossible to process,” adding that while the world knew him as a legend but to her, “he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart.”
Sky also reflected on Hulk Hogan’s deep love for his fans. Despite physical discomfort, she said he continued to show up for his supporters – signing autographs, taking photos and staying connected. “You meant everything to him,” she shared. She went on to talk about his faith, stating, “He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he’s been welcomed home.”
Sky asked fans to pray for Hogan’s family and those who are close to him as they adjust to a new reality. In conclusion she wrote, “Please keep his family and all of us who loved him in your prayers”.
Hulk Hogan’s legacy will always remain in the hearts of millions but for Sky, it’s the loss of a life partner and the memories they built together that will be the hardest to let go.
