Job Role: Software Engineer Trainee
Motorola is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer Trainee with a strong foundation in programming and a passion for building impactful solutions.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or MBA preferred)
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience
Skills Required
- Programming/Scripting: Java, Python, C#, Shell, NodeJS
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and Databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command over Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Head in creating presentations, proposals, and reports
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Manage and update customer database/CRM systems
- Schedule and support client meetings and follow-ups
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and client visits
- Collaborate across departments for smooth project execution
