Aditi Sharma, the actress and model who make headlines for starring in multiple serials and reality show is in the spotlight now for the unfortunate reasons and this time for personal issues. Reports indicated that she secretly married her longtime boyfriend Abhineet Kaushik in November 2024. However, now after four months later their marriage has taken a “sour” turn with allegations being made on Aditi Sharma of cheating with her current serial ‘Apollena’ co-star Samarthya Gupta.
Alongwith with the legal consultant Rakesh Shetty, Abhineet has now come forward claiming that Aditi insisted on keeping their marriage on secret, as reported by India Forums. He stated that she was keen on tying knot for more than a year but when he wanted to make it public she resisted for doing so because of her career in the entertainment industry. “She told me that marriage is still seen as a taboo in the industry and that we should keep it private,” he alleged.
The couple who had been in a live-relationship for years, rented a 5BHK apartment six months ago but things took a drastic turn when Abhineet accused Aditi Sharma of cheating on him.
According to the reports further, trouble started when Abhineet suspected Aditi of getting close to her Apollena co-star Samarthya Gupta. He claimed that Aditi’s behaviour changed after she began working on the show. “She had just started shooting, and even the producer, Karishma, was aware of the situation. When I confronted her, things escalated quickly,” he stated.
Matters worsened when Aditi allegedly dismissed their marriage as a “mock trial” and not legally binding. Abhineet and his legal team have also claimed that Aditi’s family demanded ₹25 lakh for a settlement. During a lawyer-arranged meeting, tensions reportedly escalated and an altercation took place also leading to police involvement.
