GOAT Box Office Collection Day 1: ‘BUMPER’ Opening For Vijay Thalapathy’s Film!

GOATBoxOffice: Directed by Venkat Prabhu the much-awaited and highly-anticipated Tamil science fiction action film, “GOAT: The Greatest Of All Time” was released in the theatres on 5 September 2024. Starring South superstar, Vijay Thalapathy the film opened up to positive reviews from the public and the critics. Following the positive reception, the Tamil film, GOAT: The Greatest Of All Time has now registered a “bumper” opening, becoming the “biggest Tamil opener of 2024”.

As per Sacnilk, Vijay Sethupathi starrer GOAT: The Greatest Of All Time has earned approx. ₹ 43 Cr on its opening day. With this, the film has now become the biggest Tamil opener of 2024. GOAT has outperformed Indian 2‘s opening day collection of Rs 25.6 crore but couldn’t surpass Vijay’s Leo. One of the biggest hits of 2023, Leo set a high benchmark with an impressive Rs 63 crore nett on its first day.

The Tamil film “GOAT” tells the story of an elite agent who, after years of success, decides to retire and embrace a peaceful, normal life. But when a mission from his past resurfaces, he is forced to reunite with his team to stop a looming catastrophe.
