Naezy, Sana Makbul, Ranvir Shorey, Sai Ketan Rao, and Kritika Malik were the top 5 finalists of Bigg Boss OTT 3.
- Kritika Malik’s Eviction
After his eviction from Bigg Boss OTT 3, Armaan Malik opted for Ranvir Shorey over his wife, Kritika Malik, as his choice for the winner. Later, Kritika was declared as the first contestant who was eliminated from the top finale race.
- Sai Ketan Rao’s Eviction
Sai Ketan Rao became the second finalist to be eliminated from the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house, with his departure being announced by Stree 2 stars Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.
- Ranvir Shorey’s Eviction
Ranvir Shorey was the third contestant to be eliminated. Following the announcement, Deepak Chaurasia became emotional and expressed that Ranvir deserved to win the show.

- Sana Makbul Wins Bigg Boss OTT 3
Sana Makbul and Naezy clasped hands as they shared an emotional goodbye to the Bigg Boss house. They then joined Anil Kapoor on the main stage, where he announced Sana Makbul as the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 3.
