Aly Goni: I’m Not As Good As Jasmine Is; Asim Riaz Was Provoked On Khatron Ke Khiladi 14!

Aly Goni, known for his candid and straightforward nature, recently shared some deep and personal insights during a podcast with Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa. Aly spoke openly about his childhood struggles in Jammu & Kashmir, his journey to Mumbai to build a career, his views on social media, and his love for Jasmine Bhasin. He also defended his childhood friend Asim Riaz, who was recently embroiled in controversy on the reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi.’

During the conversation, Aly Goni revealed that his love for Jasmine Bhasin became clear to him after he was eliminated from ‘Bigg Boss 14.’ He initially entered the show as a wildcard contestant because he couldn’t bear to be apart from her. Their bond, which started as a strong friendship, blossomed into a deep and loving relationship that has the full support of both their families.

Aly Goni spoke highly of Jasmine, mentioning how she quickly became a favorite in his family. He shared that Jasmine is close friends with his sister and brother, and is often seen spending time with them. When asked about Jasmine’s maturity, Aly praised her, saying, “She is very mature; she is the kind of girl who can keep a family together.”

He admitted that he didn’t find this quality in his previous relationships, making his connection with Jasmine even more special. Aly went on to express how much Jasmine has changed his life for the better, saying, “I’m not as good as Jasmine is.” He acknowledged that while Jasmine showers him with love, he struggles to express his feelings as openly due to his reserved nature.

The conversation also touched on Aly Goni’s experiences with social media trolls. He pointed out how reality show contestants, like those on ‘Bigg Boss,’ often face harsh criticism online, regardless of their true character. Aly specifically mentioned Asim Riaz, who was recently removed from ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 14’ for allegedly misbehaving with host Rohit Shetty and other contestants.

Aly Goni, who has known Asim since childhood, came to his friend’s defense. He acknowledged that Asim has always had an aggressive nature but suggested that the situation may have been exaggerated for television. Aly shared an example from his own experience on ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi,’ where Harsh Limbachiyaa had a heated argument with Aditya Narayan. Aly noted that in Harsh’s case, other contestants stepped in to calm the situation, and they are now on good terms. However, Aly believes that in Asim’s case, instead of defusing the situation, the other contestants provoked him, making matters worse.

Aly Goni said, “Everyone has a nature. Asim has aggression. I have known him since childhood. He has aggression. I don’t know if he misbehaved with Rohit sir, or not, and if he did, then he is wrong. But the other 10-12 people who were standing there should have tried to calm down the matter, but they were showing him attitude and were trying to be heroes. I don’t think so, that’s right.”

In the podcast, Aly also shared a personal story about Jasmine Bhasin, revealing that she suffered from cornea damage after wearing contact lenses, which left her unable to see for a while. Aly stood by her side throughout the ordeal, offering his unwavering support. He mentioned that Jasmine is now recovering slowly after undergoing treatment.
