However, actor Randeep Hooda has a different view towards the Nolan directorial.
Randeep Hooda called Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer a “propaganda” movie. The actor, who recently received praise for his performance in Swatantrya Veer Savarkar movie, said that Robert J Oppenheimer built the atomic bomb, and it was a painful incident.
On the Beerbiceps podcast, Randeep Hooda said, “America made Oppenheimer. That man built the atomic bomb. It was such a painful incident… in Japan, on civilians in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, they detonated the bomb at night. America is the good guy. What did they do in Vietnam? Their movies are propaganda, their movies tell the entire world that ‘we are the best army, we are the good guys. Japanese, Germans are bad’ And history also has the same thing, because they have written history.”

The Swatantrya Veer Savarkar actor added, “But this is not true. They even say that aliens always come to America. Aliens can only spot America. They made pictures on their heroes like Oppenheimer, Truman, and the world watches them. We are always trying to demean our heroes because of political agenda.”
Meanwhile, Randeep Hooda himself directed his latest theatrical release. The Highway actor lost 32 kgs for his character, Vijay Damodar Savarkar. The film also stars Ankita Lokhande, Amit Sial, Chetan Swaroop, Rajesh Khera and others. Until Saturday, March 30, the film has earned 13.98 crores approximately at the Indian Box Office.
