Animal Box Office Collection Day 1: Film Takes A Flying Start, Earns 61Cr!

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s highly awaited and much-anticipated movie Animal is finally out in the theatres. The action drama starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor was released on 1 December. After receiving positive reviews from the netizens and critics, the film took a flying start at the box office and witnessed a blockbuster opening leaving behind several films like Tiger 3, Pathaan, and others.

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal witnessed a blockbuster opening at the box office. As per Sacnilk.com, the film earned a whopping 61Cr on its opening day ie. Friday. The film collected around Rs 50.50 crore in Hindi belt, Rs 9 lakhs from Kannada, Rs 1 lakh from Malayalam, and the Telugu version of the film also earned Rs 10 crore. On the other hand, the film had reportedly crossed the 100cr mark with its worldwide collection.

Animal has left behind several blockbuster films of the year including Tiger 3, Pathaan, Gadar 2 and others. With this, Animal has also become one of the biggest opening films of Ranbir Kapoor. The film is expected to see more growth during the weekend.
