You can download the latest iOS 16.6 and iPadOS 16.6 beta 2 on your iPhone and iPad by heading over to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and selecting iOS 16.6 or iPadOS 16.6 Developers Beta. Make sure that your Apple ID is associated with Apple's Developer account otherwise, you will not receive the option to update on your relevant device.
Apart from iOS 16,6 and iPadOS 16,6, Apple has also seeded the watchOS 9.6 developer beta 3 for all compatible Apple Watch models. To download the latest update, launch the dedicated Apple Watch app on your iPhone and head over to General > Software Update. You have to make sure that your Apple Watch adheres to the update's prerequisites of having at least 50 percent battery and being placed on a charger. Also, the Apple Watch should also be in the range of your iPhone.

Once the profile is installed, the update will be available over the air on your Mac through the Software Update mechanism in System Preferences.
Alongside iOS 16.6, Apple has also released beta 3 of its upcoming tvOS 16.6 update. The beta update will be available to all developers after installing a profile through Xcode. All beta updates come with the same changes that were previously part of beta 2. However, Apple has addressed issues in the latest update which were previously not fixed. Apple's new M2 Ultra Mac Pro is also facing a hard drive issue and Apple will potentially fix it with the release of macOS 13.4.
